Paris

I've been wanting to do a whole set of Paris inspired nails, but I've run out of nails! I have just a few lying around so I just thought i'd try something out.
Really scruffy, but those lines are much smaller than you think, another one on my recreate list

Modern floral

Oh my, I love these nails! Im so glad with how they turned out. This design was inspired from some nails I saw in a Japanese nail mag. Watercolour-y abstract flowers, over sized pearl, and caviar beads

Indian tribal

Since I chopped my nails completely recently, I got these fake acrylic nails to continue experimenting with my nail art. I am quite pleased with them, but I won't be wearing them, they are just for fun purposes!

I also got a fine detailing brush from the art store (yay!!) so this opens up countless possibilities!

This design was inspired from a salwar that I have.

Blue flowers

This nail art was inspired by nail art from Tartofraises, check out her blog here http://www.nail-art.fr/

I used a toothpick for all the lines which took a while, realized at the end a brush would have been way faster and neater! oh well, another one on my list to recreate.

So Magnetic

I refuse to pay $12 for magnetic nail polish! This was $2.50 and it worked just fine.

T.O.P nail art

This nail art is inspired by BIG BANGs T.O.P!

This was his outfit he wore to a press conference in Taiwan

And heres the matching nail art!

As you can tell, I tried to make it as accurate as possible, with the blue hair included! lol

Aannd incase you don't know who BigBang are you should probably youtube them right away!

Green Bamboo

This nail art ended up going kinda in a different direction than I had planned. I really wanted to do a chinese bamboo watercolour inspired nail art...but it ended up looking like a bit of a mess.

I made a lot of boo boos, but I'm still quite happy with it, I love the limey green and the scribbly black bamboo I think it looks quite cool.
But I am definitely going to re-do this one, making it bit more refined and more like what I planned.
(stars for anyone that can guess my bad chinese writing! lol)

Blue necklace

This nail art was a job and a half! Getting those beads on were super annoying, they're so tiny and finicky. Even after 3 coats of top coat they still seem a bit wobbly so I think next time if I ever did this I'd use nail glue instead.
